Company Pot Roast

One 3 pound chuck or round roast, thawed

One small to medium bottle of A-1 sauce

Two Onions - cut into chunks or sliced

Cut up potatoes, carrots and celery

Garlic salt

Put a small amount of A-1 sauce in a large crockpot. Place the roast in the crockpot and pour the rest of the A-1 sauce over the roast. Layer one onion along with plenty of vegetables over the roast to about 2/3 full. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Again layer the onion and cut up vegetables until the crockpot is full. Sprinkle again with garlic salt. Cook on high for 3 hours and then finish on low for 4-5 hours or until fork tender.
