The goat is graded and weighed to determine the head price. Prices below do NOT include processing fees. Processing fees are between $60 and $85. The cost of the goat meat will be the head price plus the processing fee. We take the goat to a local processor and they butcher the goat and cut it up to your specifications. Chevon is usually most plentifully available in the late fall and winter. Please contact us if you have any questions. |
